FOX 5 New York ran a feature on MediaMKRS, Reel Works new collaboration with CUNY, The Mayor's Office of Media and Entertainment (MOME), unions and major employers like HBO and Viacom. MediaMKRS will train, credential and prepare young New Yorkers for technical careers in the City's thriving television and film production industries.

As Anne Del Castillo, Commissioner of NYC Mayor's Office of Media and Entertainment (MOME) told Anchor Ernie Anastos, "We have an incredible talent pool in NYC and we're really focusing on public school students who have participated in Reel Works program. Reel Works is the program partner on MediaMKRS."
