Leilanni’s experimental film showcases the beauty of nature and the things about it that encapsulates her eyes. Bringing us to the places of beauty that is personal to her, she describes the colors, textures and emotions it elicits in her experimental film, “Beauty”.Leilanni reflects, “It was probably around the 1st grade when I realized I was connected to nature’s beauty.” Sharing a part of what she loves, she hopes that people can feel the beauty of nature in their lives and be encouraged to help preserve nature.The Summer Lab is a four-week intensive experimental filmmaking workshop for rising 9th and 10th graders.
