We’re thrilled to spotlight an influential member of Reel Works who enhances the future of the media and entertainment industry, Keisha Katz, our Director of Workforce and External Partnerships. As an incredible leader, Keisha embodies the spirit of innovation, dedication, and leadership.

A Path of Impactful Leadership

Since joining our team, Keisha has spearheaded numerous initiatives that have significantly contributed to our growth and industry development. In 2019, she launched the MediaMKRS program, a groundbreaking initiative designed to bridge the gap between aspiring media professionals from unrepresented communities and the real-world demands of the industry. This program has provided nearly 1,000 students and alumni with professional development and career prospects, showcasing Keisha’s commitment to nurturing talent and fostering success.

Bringing Visions to Life

Keisha’s role has been pivotal in expanding our external partnerships and creating a symbiotic network that benefits our company and those we collaborate with. Her efforts led to the creation of the inaugural MediaMKRS Summit, which brought together industry leaders, aspiring professionals, and innovators to discuss the future of the film industry. The summit was a platform for dialogue and a reflection of Keisha’s visionary leadership and ability to turn ideas into impactful realities.

Her dedication to workforce development involves building programs and creating ecosystems where rising professionals can thrive, innovate, and challenge the status quo. Keisha often says, “It’s about providing access for future leaders,” and she does just that with every project she undertakes.

We couldn’t be prouder to have Keisha on our team. Her dedication, creativity, and leadership fortify our foundation and light our path forward. Here’s to Keisha: Thank you for bringing your brilliance, humor, and vision to our company.
