"Jhovanny the Movie" made it to the All-American High School Film Festival!

Man…I am lucky. I never thought that I would make a film by 17 and screen at both the HBO theater and ‪AAHSFF (the All American High School Film Festival). To be honest the me from a year ago would've cried and broke down if I wasn't at least mentioned in the Finalists. Today I laughed, smiled, and cheered on my fellow filmmakers. Friends such as Adam Katz, Justin Fargiano, Kayla Briët, Iver Jensen, and more.Thank you so much for your company and your films. Today I was told my film was inspiring and "didn't fucking botch the topic of depression", I didn't get your name but thank you. Also big shout out to Tom Olivia's wife who held onto my jacket in her suite since Friday night. Thank you Reel Works, thank you Dominga Bisono, Jhovanny A.
