Reel Works Master Class

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences is showing its support for the next generation of filmmakers by offering Reel Works filmmakers weekly, remote Master Classes this spring.

Last week, award winning Production Designer Wynn Thomas (Malcolm X , Shaft, Hidden Figures) shared his amazing story and taught our students how to create a look for their films.

In the coming weeks, our students will attend virtual classes with directors, producers, editors, cinematographers, casting directors and other members of The Academy. Students are looking forward to attending future classes with Carmen Ejogo, Fisher Stevens and casting director Ellen Lewis.
