"Milk & Eggs (don’t mix)" by Pearl Scott is about two girls who get summer jobs working the night shift at a grocery store. On their first day, however, they start off on the wrong foot. These negative first impressions fuel resentment, setting the stage for a long, insufferable summer.Screen Shot 2019-08-20 at 4.02.49 PM"OH NO NO NO!""Don't worry about that, the egg shipments will be by later, we can just use those.""That WAS the egg shipment!"Oh..."

Screen Shot 2019-08-20 at 4.21.05 PM"It was extremely difficult, endlessly daunting, but one hundred percent worth it. Narrative Lab was the hardest thing I’ve ever done related to film, and I wasn’t convinced I was even ready for it! As much as the classes prepare you, I had no clue what I was doing until I was on set! Reel Works taught me everything I needed to know thoroughly and perfectly, but in the end, it’s all up to you to take that knowledge and put it towards an experience. And you never truly feel ready until you’re in it, and I’m so happy that the Narrative Lab teachers, ReelWorks staff, and fellow students were by my side during the entire journey. This is something I definitely couldn’t have done without them." - Pearl ScottReel Works presents “Movie of the Week” to showcase the exemplary films made by our young filmmakers.
