http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9c5nYMeTyUQWei of the Cranes by Wei Ye Ng“Plain now, but I can mold into something better.” Wei of the Cranes by Wei Ye Ng (Mentor: Natasha Livia Mottola) tells the story of a high school student's struggle to choose a career and to make his parents proud.  My film is about the struggle of finding a career that can live up to my parents expectations. What I realize in the end of making my film, my parents are and will always be happy with me," said Wei who participated in the  the 2016 Fall Documentary Lab that graduated at HBO last April. Reel Works Movie of the Week showcases the exemplary films made by our young filmmakers.
